While Wowee Wear is committed to not taking ourselves so seriously, we are seriously committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Here are the steps to follow in order to facilitate an exchange.

  1. Within 60 days of purchase, email or call us to get a return authorization number. We want to know why you’re returning something so we can consider any improvements to make our customers immensely happy with their Wowee Wear purchase and experience.

Other return terms

  • All items must be in brand new condition, unworn with tags still on them. Please understand that we will need to sell them to somebody else, and everybody likes nice things.
  • Please send your return via any service that provides tracking.
  • We ask that you pay for the return, and we will ship a replacement item, UPS Ground, with no additional shipping charges to you.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
